Our property is a luxury cedar lodge situated in the wonderful Cornish countryside. It is a quiet rural location yet just a short distance to all the amenities and facilities you will require to further enhance your vacation. The Cutch is situated approximately 3 miles from the seaside towns of Looe and Polperro. We look forward to welcoming you. Key Collection, Welcome and Car Parking
There is a car parking area with enough room for 2 cars.
The car parking is levelled, gravelled with a gentle slope.
Parking is approximately 100 metres away from the entrance.
The key for the door will be left for you in a secure location - details of location will be sent to you by us prior to your holiday.
There is automatic and push button lighting system to allow access to the property both day and night
A garden trolley is provided to ensure luggage and other provisions can be easily transported to The Cutch

Entrance to Property
The only steps at The Cutch are from the extensive decking area to the garden area. The entrance to the property just has a normal door threshold typically found on all properties.
One bedroomed , bathroom and living space are all light and airy spaces with a large cupboard providing hanging space for coats and other items
The bedroom is carpeted and the other areas have engineered oak flooring
Furniture is moveable.
One double sofa. One Comfortable Chair
LED TV with remote control. (+ TV & DVD player in the bedroom). CD player with radio and IPOD dock.
Electric warm air fireplace + full gas central heating and hot water
The dining room is open plan with the lounge and kitchen area.
A dining table is in the dining area with 4 chairs.
Electric oven with drop down door with gas hob above.
Sink at worktop height with cupboards underneath.

Lighting is spotlight bulbs on ceiling, with under unit lighting.
Fridge with freezer compartment.
Microwave on work surface.
Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms fitted.

L-shaped bath / shower in enclosed compartment.

The enclosed exterior decking can be accessed via the lounge, or via the decking along the side of the lodge.
Grassed area to side of the property is accessible via three large steps

There are no stairs in the lodge.
Heating is provided by gas central heating throughout.
There is an electric warm air fire in the lounge, and radiators in each of the other rooms.
Generally good mobile phone reception (access to private landline in emergencies).
Wireless internet access is provided.
The property is no smoking throughout, although smoking is permitted on the decking outside.
